Think Twice features Bob Olsen and Chuck Fazzio on six and twelve string acoustic and electric guitars, electric bass, and a variety of blues harps. The two swap lead vocals and harmonies.
The duo has been performing locally together for more than twenty years and released a CD that received airplay on several Boston FM stations and was available at Barnes & Noble, Newbury Comics and Borders Books.
Think Twice mixes classic rock, folk, blues and gospel influences into their music. They perform an array of original songs as well as songs by The Beatles, The Band, The Byrds, Bob Dylan, Eagles, Van Morrison, Lovin' Spoonful, Creedence Clearwater Revival, The Everly Brothers, David Mallett, Jimmy Buffett, James Taylor, Simon & Garfunkel, Gordon Lightfoot, Nanci Griffith, Dave Alvin, Kathy Mattea, John Hiatt, Hootie & the Blowfish, John Prine, The Grateful Dead, Mary Chapin Carpenter, Bruce Springsteen, Bob Seger, traditional Irish songs and many, many more. Whether Think Twice is singing high-energy rock, barroom sing-a-longs or thought-provoking ballads, their music is from the heart and performed with rousing enthusiasm.
Think Twice has performed at the Boston Folk Festival, Club Passim, Blackthorne Tavern, and Off the Common Coffeehouse. Fazzio and Olsen have played at clubs and pubs throughout the South Shore, including Finnegan's Wake, The Raven's Nest in Walpole, Tavolino's at Patriot's Place, Mick Morgan's in Sharon, Carter's Grill, Waterfall Bar & Grille and Rosetta's in Canton.
The duo may be heard the first Saturday of every month at The Lafayette House in Foxboro.
